Montebello Live is a civic-cultural companion for visitors to BLVD MRKT at 520 Whittier Blvd. It is built and operated by VibePass AI in partnership with BLVD MRKT. By using the companion you agree to the terms below.

Important notice
This is a demo prototype for review
VibePass would like to partner with BLVD MRKT in creating the cultural companion software for Montebello, small businesses, and cultural corridors. Everything you see here is presented for partnership review and is intended to demonstrate what a fully built cultural companion could become for the neighborhood.
Accessibility & digital inclusion
The boulevard belongs to everyone
VibePass considers digital inclusion a civic responsibility. This companion is built toward WCAG 2.2 AA (ISO/IEC 40500:2025) and includes a live Accessibility panel covering contrast, text size, spacing, line height, motion, images, dyslexia friendly typography, large cursor, and link highlighting. Every setting applies across every feature — map, planner, vendors, events, photo booth, memory studio, chat, and the floating rail.
Because this is a demo prototype, certain assistive flows are still being hardened for production. If something blocks you from participating, please write to barney@gentefy.com and we will address it directly. Accessibility feedback from real visitors is treated as a first class signal, not a complaint.
Cultural corridors are public space. Software that serves them must be too.

What this companion is
Montebello Live helps you find what's open on the boulevard, who's playing tonight, where to start, and what the neighborhood means. It is an informational and wayfinding tool — not a transaction platform.
Vendor orders, ticketing, and payments happen with the vendor or venue directly. We don't process your payments.

Ownership
BLVD MRKT owns the brand, venue, programming, vendor relationships, and event identity. All photography, mural work, vendor names, and event marks belong to their creators and BLVD MRKT.
VibePass AI owns the platform, the AI companion, the orchestration code, the privacy framework, and the design system that powers this experience.

Your privacy, in one paragraph
We collect the minimum needed to be useful. No account is required to use the companion. Camera, microphone, and location are off until you turn them on per feature. Media you create at the Photo Booth or Memory Studio is ephemeral by default — you decide if it stays.

Acceptable use
Be a neighbor. Don't use the companion to harass others, impersonate vendors, scrape data, or interfere with the experience for anyone else on the block.
The companion is for personal, non-commercial use. Press, research, and partnership inquiries go through BLVD MRKT directly.

AI responses
The companion uses AI to answer questions about vendors, events, and the neighborhood. It tries hard to be accurate but it is not infallible. Always confirm hours, prices, and event details with the vendor before making plans you can't change.

Content from the community
If you contribute a memory, photo, or note through the Memory Studio, you grant BLVD MRKT and VibePass AI a non-exclusive license to display it on the companion. You can request removal at any time by emailing the address below.

Languages
The companion supports 11 languages (English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Armenian, German, French, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian). Where translations differ in nuance, the English version controls these terms.

Liability
The companion is provided as-is. We can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every detail is current. We're not responsible for what happens at vendor businesses, events, or off-site locations referenced through the companion.

Changes
We may update these terms as the companion evolves. When we make a material change we'll surface it inside the companion before it takes effect — not bury it in a hidden update log.
